Who issues the permit
The municipality within municipal boundaries; the OSB directorate inside an organised industrial zone under Law 4562; the provincial administration outside municipal areas. Village farm buildings follow a separate procedure under Article 27 of the Zoning Law.
Our role
We prepare the structural, reinforced concrete and foundation design that goes into your permit file, within 45 working days of receiving the soil report. Permit applications, supervision and fees remain with the client.
