How the price per m² is calculated
We size each element, add up the concrete volume of all elements and divide it by the building area, measured outside to outside of columns. Stairwells and voids in mezzanines are not deducted. Frame and mezzanine are priced as separate lines; VAT is added on top.
What is included and what is not
Our precast quote covers design, production, delivery and erection. Foundation works, permits and finishing works stay with the client:
