Foam concrete: fill, roof falls and lightweight layers

Foam concrete is a light concrete used where weight must be kept down and voids filled quickly. We plan the foam concrete layer on mezzanine floors, terraces and voids together with your precast building.

What we ask first for a quote

Send the area, thickness and where the layer will be used.

  1. 1. Where it is used
  2. 2. Area and layer thickness
  3. 3. Required density and strength
  4. 4. Pumping distance and height
  5. 5. Site access and working hours

Planned with your precast building

We size the layer together with the floor: its weight enters the structural calculation for the double-tee or hollowcore floor. The fill goes in after the services and is finished with screed.

Planning a similar building?

A site plan or rough dimensions are enough.

Frequently asked questions

Can foam concrete be used structurally?

No. Foam concrete is a fill and lightweight layer; it does not replace columns, beams or floor slabs.
