Story
How we work
BETTON PREFABRİK, founded in 2023, serves South-eastern Anatolia from Birecik. A second plant with a nominal capacity of 36,000 m³ per year is being set up in Erzurum OIZ for Eastern Anatolia, Central Anatolia and the Black Sea region. We plan around the investor's programme: elements are made in the factory while foundation work goes ahead on site, so the building is ready sooner.
When we turn the architectural design into a structural system, we account for production and transport limits from the start. That means fewer late revisions and fewer surprises on site.
Engineering team
Structural design, element design and production planning run together; we work directly with the architect and the client's engineers.
Health and safety
Risk assessment in the plant and on site, a safety plan before erection, and mandatory training for fall and lifting risks.
Sustainability
Mould reuse, recovery of process water, reuse of waste concrete as aggregate and optimisation of cement content.
