Precast concrete building systems
Precast concrete buildings: design, factory production and erection.
For industrial plants, warehouses, commercial and public buildings we design the structure, make the elements at our Birecik plant and erect them on site.

01What we do
Design, production and erection in one company.
BETTON PREFABRİK works out the structural system from the investor's brief, makes the elements in its own plant, delivers them and runs the erection. With the three under one responsibility, there are fewer delays from coordination between firms.
We cast elements on enclosed lines with controlled temperature and humidity. Winter and rain do not stop production, and tolerances are tighter than for concrete cast on site.
Company profile02Solutions
A structural system for each sector.
A factory, a warehouse, a shop or a farm building each has its own span, height, load and opening date. We choose the structural system to suit them.

03Products
A product family backed by technical data.
Structural, flooring, façade and infrastructure elements. Section and capacity data are for preliminary design; final values come from structural calculation.
04Group company
Lightweight concrete block: TÜRKBETON
Our group company TÜRKBETON makes standard-size Redblok lightweight concrete blocks for non-loadbearing partitions and infill walls. On a precast project, the walls of the office block, welfare buildings and internal partitions can be planned with the same group as the structural frame.

06Production & Technology
Enclosed lines, a measured process.
The planned line layout: prestressing beds, a hollowcore extrusion line, steam curing and automated batching. The mix and test result of every batch are recorded.

How does a project progress with us?
Six steps from survey to erection. Each step has a written output, so you know from the start what is delivered when.
- 01
Survey and feasibility
Site, zoning status, span and loading conditions are reviewed and the suitability of the structural system is established.
- 02
Engineering and design
Structural calculations, element design, connection details and shop drawings are prepared and coordinated with the architectural design.
- 03
Factory production
Mould preparation, reinforcement and cast-in items, controlled casting, vibration, curing and surface finishing take place on enclosed lines.
- 04
Quality control
Concrete compressive tests, dimensional tolerances and surface checks are recorded for every batch, with element-level traceability.
- 05
Delivery
Elements are loaded in erection sequence; lowbed and long-vehicle planning keeps transport as a separate item in the quotation.
- 06
Site erection
Crane erection, connections and final checks follow the lifting plan and the site safety plan.
08Quality & testing
Standards and test records.
For every batch we check and record compressive strength, element dimensions and surface finish. On request, the records go into your project file.
