Precast concrete production line and prestressing beds

Production & Technology

We make precast elements on enclosed lines.

We cast columns, beams, floors and panels on enclosed lines with controlled temperature and humidity. The programme does not depend on the weather, and dimensional tolerances are tighter than for concrete cast on site.

36,000m³/year

Planned nominal production capacity

12–16km²

Planned covered production halls

12–16km²

Planned open storage yard

≥ 10,000m²

Industrial plot in Erzurum OIZ

Lines

The line layout planned for both plants.

Prestressing beds

Long prestressing beds for beams, purlins and double-T slabs, with controlled tensioning of low relaxation 7-wire strand.

Hollowcore extrusion line

Continuous, formwork-free production of hollow core slabs under TS EN 1168, cut to length by saw.

Façade panel line

Architectural finishes through form liners, sandblasting and acid etching, plus insulated sandwich panel production.

Concrete batching plant

Batch-level traceability with automated batching, aggregate moisture measurement and recorded mix designs.

Curing and storage

Early strength gain through steam curing; stacking in the yard follows the erection sequence.

Transport and erection

Route and vehicle planning for long and heavy elements, mobile crane organisation and deliveries in erection sequence.

Facility

Two plants, one production programme.

Our Birecik plant in Şanlıurfa is in production; the Erzurum OIZ plant is being set up. Both are planned with the same area programme and line capacity and produce for both brands of the group. Deliveries come from the plant closest to the project.

Process

Production and erection in six steps.

  1. 01

    Survey and feasibility

Site, zoning status, span and loading conditions are reviewed and the suitability of the structural system is established.

  2. 02

    Engineering and design

Structural calculations, element design, connection details and shop drawings are prepared and coordinated with the architectural design.

  3. 03

    Factory production

Mould preparation, reinforcement and cast-in items, controlled casting, vibration, curing and surface finishing take place on enclosed lines.

  4. 04

    Quality control

Concrete compressive tests, dimensional tolerances and surface checks are recorded for every batch, with element-level traceability.

  5. 05

    Delivery

Elements are loaded in erection sequence; lowbed and long-vehicle planning keeps transport as a separate item in the quotation.

  6. 06

    Site erection

Crane erection, connections and final checks follow the lifting plan and the site safety plan.
