Concrete for ammonia and manure
Barn air is humid and ammonia-laden, and lower surfaces touch manure. TS EN 206 exposure classes set the minimum concrete class and cover for such environments. Our prestressed elements use C40/50 concrete.
Ventilation
Warm, humid air must leave through a continuous ridge opening and adjustable side openings; girder and purlin layout follows these openings.
